This 'Liveplasma' supported interface is good information visualization aid to surf thruogh the related news stories around a topic. If one look at and back track the bahavoiur of a surfer it works somewhat this way: This journey often gets triggered by one news which catches your eye, then you hunt for the missing pieces to get the "bigger picture" in your mind, from the realted stories. Thats what is being presented in this visual tool.

The coolest thing I heard after a long time...
I have joined this new company and the mix of poeple is no less than a waiting room of crowded railway station...means really really varied...from psychologists, front-end developers, multimedia experts, web designers to automotive designers, Computer Science engineers, anthropologist.
Here is my friend Auro...from one of the leading auto-manufacturer.. keeps enlightening me with these wierd but logical thought-processes behind some of the aspects of automotive design.
This is so far the coolest thing I heard after a long time...
A car accessories maker came up with a spray, its a dirt spray, totally washable .
the target audieance is SUV car owners who dont get time to hit the mud-filled road but dont want to have a embarassingly-clean looking sports car. If u cant have it...fake it my dear....spray is there for you.
He continues to give me such "wow" moments ...somthing he told me about the headlights of a car..
interestingly they are not identical...they dont through light strsight...
they are angled in a such way that it focuses and illuminates for driver's vision.
Most of us must have noticed those funky sporty looking sproilers on the back of sedan...we know it is to keep the car secure against air-lift at high speeds...but purpose of keeping a breaklight there or near the roof was mere aesthetic to me...
they are at that height so that you can see the breaklight glowing even if there is a car between you and this car and helps you react much earlier.
.... talk about innovation.

Recent read : Understanding Comics
It’s a landmark book rather a comics on a art form “comics”
It tries and succeeds to an extent to lay a ground work for the visual syntactic and the is a must read for those who are into visualization business
Scott Mccloud also runs an online forum which gives the latest on the comics and his recent thoughts in enriching this art form.
A very convincing part among others is author’s triangular description of the reality, language and the picture plane, in a very elementary manner author elucidate on semiotics, semantics and linguistics and how the inter-relatedness of these concepts give rise to the way human think, visualize and express.
Also like layers in an onion, author peels an apple in an attempt to depict different levels involving any design/art form, which can be a textbook methodology for any designer.
